Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines, within the Corporate Functions organization, provides contracting legal services and commercial counsel to support business operations. CLPs identify and mitigate risk, ensure compliance with laws and policies, and guide negotiations leveraging market positions.

Lead, structure, draft and negotiate complex client transactions, advise senior leadership on legal risks, and manage junior CLPs to ensure timely, compliant deal execution in a fast-paced corporate

Qualifications

• Law degree and licensed to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
• Minimum 6 years of transactional experience in digital, consulting, systems integration, and/or outsourcing.
• Experience negotiating Intellectual Property and Data Privacy issues preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced corporate legal/transaction environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, structure, negotiate and close Accenture’s complex client transactions.
• Counsel, guide, train and support junior CLPs.
• Stay abreast of developments affecting the company and its clients.
• Develop subject matter expertise in relevant areas for Legal and/or business.
• Create internal guidelines and knowledge capital on legal and business issues.
• Support and implement Legal Group initiatives.
• Evolve as a contracting professional with seven attributes (pathfinder, architect, etc.).
