Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Contracting Counsel Associate Manager to review, draft, negotiate, and manage technology and commercial agreements in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves advising business stakeholders and executives on legal and commercial risks, supporting complex transactions, and developing expertise across contracting and risk management, with a focus on IP and data privacy matters.

Qualifications

• Must be a practicing lawyer in the Philippines.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital, consulting, systems integration, and/or outsourcing.
• Experience in a law firm or fast-paced corporate legal/transaction group.
• 2+ years negotiating Intellectual Property and Data Privacy matters preferred.
• Strong experience drafting technology-based agreements and assessing contracting risks.
