Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) seeks a Senior Content Specialist to support the DBOR Transformation programme, shaping operating models, data workflows and tooling across Content Operations. You will partner with Content Infrastructure Owners, Engineering, Product and Operations to refine requirements, support design, drive adoption and deliver transformational change.

Qualifications

Experience delivering transformation initiatives.
Strong analytical and process-improvement skills.
Experience documenting business processes and operating models.
Experience supporting technology implementations or migrations.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop scalable solutions.
Experience with AI agents, workflow automation, Python, SQL or low-code platforms.
Desirable: experience in financial services or data management.

Responsibilities

Translate strategic requirements into executable operational solutions with owners.
Identify opportunities to use AI, automation and agents to boost efficiency.
Define operating models, processes and standards.
