Responsibilities

• Oversees one or more Content teams globally.
• Provides coaching and mentoring to a hybrid mix of reports including Managers and Specialists.
• Drives process improvements to enhance quality and reduce cost/waste.
• Maintains day-to-day operations and recruitment/training for the team.
• Aligns content delivery with divisional objectives and targets.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to implement strategic initiatives.
