The role requires strong English communication, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a track record of delivering outcomes across multiple projects on tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of user research experience (qualitative and quantitative).
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, Anthropology, Marketing, Business, Economics, IT, or related field.
• Able to communicate effectively in English—written and verbal; fluency in other local languages.
• Familiar with diverse user research methodologies: interviews, fieldwork, surveys, data analysis.
• Experience driving research outputs across conception to release with product teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines in fast-paced environments.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Understand and translate tech and business needs into research strategies.
• Develop research plans with clear objectives and outcomes.
• Lead local teams to conduct fieldwork, interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
• Analyze user behavior through various methods and synthesize actionable insights.
