Qualifications

• At least 7+ years of user and market research experience.
• At least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in fintech or consumer tech is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of user research projects including planning and execution.
• Build and scale research capability and methodology standards.
• Translate user behavior insights into growth-focused recommendations.
• Understand industry trends in gaming, entertainment, and digital consumer habits.
• Present executive-level research insights and provide strategic decision support.
• Manage research vendors/agencies and assess ROI on research resources.
