Prime Infrastructure Capital, Inc. is seeking a Construction QA/QC Engineer to lead on-site quality assurance and quality control programs, acting as the gatekeeper of project standards and ensuring work aligns with design blueprints, engineering specs, and regulatory codes.

You will coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, identify deficiencies, issue corrective actions, review submittals such as MARs and Shop Drawings, and witness testing of critical systems to secure safe, high-quality

Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA/QC or site-engineering experience on large construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and interpret technical submittals.
• Experience enforcing standards and negotiating with contractors.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site QA/QC programs and ensure conformance with design and codes.
• Issue NCRs and direct corrective actions or rework with contractors.
• Review MARs, Method Statements, and Shop Drawings for compliance.
• Witness testing with specialized subcontractors and verify actions before milestones.
