Planate Management Group seeks a licensed engineer to lead QA/QC efforts for large infrastructure projects. You will design quality standards, inspect materials and processes, and implement corrective actions to ensure quality at all levels of construction.

You must be willing to relocate to any project site. Candidates should have 5+ years of onsite construction QA, experience in pre-stressing and concrete mix-design, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Licensed Engineer with at least 5 years in large infrastructure projects.
• Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of onsite QA and safety surveillance on civil projects.
• Experience in pre-stressing, QC, and concrete mix-design under varying conditions.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Prepare QA/QC plans for new construction and refurbishment work.
• Establish QA procedures including inspection/testing timelines.
• Oversee QA of materials through lab tests.
• Review specs and standard construction specs for effective use.
• Review test forms, QA schedules, and evaluation results.
• Recommend remedial actions based on contractor practices.
• Collaborate with project engineers/design consultants on procedures and testing.
• Conduct initial supplier/material source surveys for quality/value.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
