Job summary

Asea Airports Development Corporation is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of major construction projects in the Manila area.

The role requires guiding scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality, coordinating with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, and reporting progress to management. Willingness to travel to project sites is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant construction/project management experience.
• Experience managing commercial, industrial, residential, structural steel, or different scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
• Proficient in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on project sites and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees the overall execution and delivery of construction projects
• Manages project scope, schedule, budget, manpower, materials, and resources
• Coordinates with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
• Monitors construction progress and ensures compliance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Reviews project plans, drawings, contracts, budgets, and construction schedules
• Identifies and resolve technical, operational, contractual, and site-related issues
• Monitors project costs, variations, claims, and other commercial concerns
• Ensures compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Conducts project meetings and provides regular progress and performance reports to management
• Ensures proper project documentation, turnover, and timely completion
