Job summary

Asea Airports Development Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in structural steel works, steel erection, hangars, warehouses, and industrial projects to oversee site activities.

You will read drawings, supervise erection, coordinate with foremen and subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure quality and safety on site. This role requires hands-on leadership and willingness to relocate as project needs arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Civil Engineer preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant site experience.
• Experience in steel works, hangars, warehouses or industrial buildings is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of structural steel erection and construction practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on project sites and relocate as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises structural steel erection and site activities.
• Reads and interprets structural, shop, and erection drawings.
• Monitors steel installation, alignment, bolting and welding.
• Coordinates with foremen, erectors, welders, riggers and subcontractors.
• Monitors project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensures compliance with quality, safety and project specifications.
• Prepares daily site reports and coordinates with the Project Manager.
