Job summary

DM Consunji, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to ensure compliance with PFRS, tax regulations, and internal controls while supporting management with financial analysis, budgeting, and project cost monitoring.

The role oversees accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing for construction projects, coordinating with project teams and external auditors to ensure accurate reporting and cash-flow management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Postgraduate education or professional certifications in accounting or construction accounting is an advantage.
• Preferably CPA with relevant licensure.
• Experience in Philippine taxation, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including AP, AR, GL, and cash transactions.
• Monitor construction project costs and ensure proper charging to projects.
• Ensure invoices are supported and payables processed within terms.
• Oversee billing and collections for projects and manage AR aging.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing and prepare financial statements.
• Coordinate tax compliance and filings with regulators and consultants.
• Assist budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis for projects.
