Job summary

FPD ASIA PROPERTY SERVICES, INC. seeks an Accounting Supervisor to oversee all phases of the project’s accounting operations and lead the Accounting Assistant on site. You will review journal entries and financial statements, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and regulatory filings.

The ideal candidate is an Accountancy graduate, CPA is a plus, and is willing to work in Makati/Taguig with ASAP start preferred. Strong knowledge of BIR/SEC requirements is valued.

Qualifications

• Accountancy Graduate or related field
• CPA is a plus
• Willing to work in Makati and Taguig area
• Can start ASAP

Responsibilities

• Reviews all phases of the accounting operation for the project.
• Oversees and monitors the quality of reports generated by the Accounting Assistant on site.
• Checks and analyzes financial statements and accounting reports within the cluster.
• Verifies accuracy of journal entries and supporting documents for financial reports.
• Assists AA in preparing reports (Financial Statements, Cash Flow, Annual Budget).
• Recommends resolutions to accounting problems at the project.
• Ensures correct BIR/SEC/LGU filings on deadlines.
• Updates Accounting Assistant on new government rulings.
• Attends required meetings and performs related tasks.
