Job summary

Origo BPO (Phils) Limited, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lead Generation Specialist – Construction Project Intelligence to transform Dodge Construction Network data into actionable construction opportunities.

You will review project records, identify suitable warehouses and facilities, and assess influence on specifications while coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors. A structured pilot will precede long-term, full-time work.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in lead research, sales operations, market intelligence, prospect research, data analysis, construction research, or a related B2B function.
• Experience evaluating large datasets and converting raw records into prioritized, actionable outputs.
• Experience performing investigative research, data validation, exception handling, and contact enrichment.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based stakeholders or construction/HVAC/manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Engineering or manufacturing experience is not required; analytical judgment is valued.

Responsibilities

• Review Dodge Construction Network searches and exported datasets for target construction projects.
• Apply geography, building-type, project-value, timing, and stage criteria to screen opportunities.
• Identify and exclude non-viable projects using documented rules.
• Identify relevant organizations and named contacts based on project stage; enrich records.
• Prepare clear handoff information for stakeholders and manufacturer representatives.
• Export, filter, reconcile, and maintain large datasets in Excel or approved systems.
• Produce recurring activity and handoff summaries for clients and stakeholders.
• Document SOPs, decision rules, and improvements to the tracker and CRM uploads.
• Pilot and refine qualification rules; support future CRM migrations.
