Job summary

Radius One Architecture & Plumbing in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day construction and company operations. You will develop and implement operational strategies, supervise project managers, site engineers, and architects, and coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure timely, efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 8–10 years of experience in construction or operations management.
• Proven experience in managing multiple construction projects and teams.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Willing to conduct site visits and travel when required.
• PRC license is an advantage for candidates with an Architecture or Engineering background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day construction and company operations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, procedures, and workflows.
• Monitor multiple projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.
• Supervise project managers, site engineers, architects, and other operational teams.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and management.
• Monitor project budgets, manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Review project progress, reports, schedules, and operational performance.
• Conduct regular site and project inspections when necessary.
• Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost management.
• Prepare and present operational reports and recommendations to management.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the operations team.
