Job summary

Radius One Architecture & Plumbing in the Philippines seeks a Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring projects are on schedule and within budget while meeting safety and quality standards. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; licensure preferred.
At least 1 year of site engineering/related experience.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures and standards.
Proficiency in construction management software, CAD tools, and MS Office.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a team and juggle multiple tasks.
Must know how to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage site activities with subcontractors, suppliers and laborers to ensure timely project delivery.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers to update schedules, budgets and resource allocations.
Prepare and review project drawings, specifications and technical reports for accuracy.
