Qualifications

• Must be capable and willing to work in a supervisorial capacity.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents and construction plans.
• Strong organizational, problem solving, leadership and negotiation skills.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, workers, regulatory bodies and inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Act as Construction Project Architect or Project Engineer for the project.
• Inspect contractor and sub-contractor works and monitor civil, architectural, structural and MEPFS.
• Review construction plans and evaluate contractor billing.
• Coordinate with all contractors to ensure quality of work.
• Supervise field activities and provide technical advice on construction and design.
• Maintain project records and reports.
• Discuss deviations with Engineer-In-Charge.
• Participate in contract close-out activities.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with contractors and project stakeholders.
