Qualifications

• BS Architecture or BS Civil Engineering degree.
• Experience in site management and construction supervision.
• Ability to lead weekly design coordination meetings.
• Familiar with variation orders and cost control processes.
• Strong reporting and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Site Management & Construction Supervision: oversee contractors, suppliers, and site operations to compliance with plans, specs, quality, and safety.
• Design Coordination & Technical Alignment: review drawings and resolve design discrepancies with consultants and contractors.
• Stakeholder Communication & Meeting Leadership: chair design coordination and progress meetings; deliver MOM and progress reports.
• Cost Control & Change Order Management: assess VO/COs, verify rates, and monitor expenditures against budget.
• Project Closeout, Commissioning & Handover: lead punchlists, testing & commissioning, and handover with documentation.
