Job summary

Filinvest Group seeks a Design Management Lead for Mixed-Use and Urban Development Projects. The candidate will own design management activities, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure deliverables meet requirements on time and within budget.

The role requires 3–5 years of architectural design experience, strong leadership, and the ability to liaise between design teams, consultants, clients, contractors and project management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant architectural design experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of design management activities and lead multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ensure design deliverables are completed on time, coordinated properly, and aligned with project requirements.
• Function as the key link between design team, consultants, client, contractors, and project management team.
• Identify and resolve design issues while maintaining design intent, quality, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEPF, Civil, Interior Design, Landscape and other consultants.
