Filinvest Group is seeking a Construction Management Lead to oversee the end-to-end construction management of assigned projects. The role requires hands-on oversight to ensure projects are planned, coordinated, monitored, and delivered within scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety targets.

You will work closely with contractors, consultants, and project teams, reporting to the Project Manager with timely updates and escalation when needed.

Qualifikationen

• BS Architecture or Civil Engineering required.
• Strong coordination with contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Proficient in reporting, monitoring, and escalation of issues.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the overall construction activities and progress for assigned projects.
• Monitor schedules and progress against baselines; identify delays and mitigation needs.
• Monitor contractor/subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with plans and contracts.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Procurement and other teams on construction matters.
• Support safety and quality by ensuring compliance with drawings, specs and standards.
• Review cost implications with Commercial/Cost Management; assess change orders and site instructions.
• Provide regular updates to Project Manager and escalate significant issues.
• Ensure testing, commissioning and turnover readiness and proper close-out documentation.
