Job summary

Filinvest Group is seeking an SCM Associate for Project/Construction Procurement (Housing, MRB & Dormitel) to support end-to-end procurement and sourcing. You will ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of goods and services in line with company policies, SLAs, and business needs.

The role involves coordinating with end-users, preparing RFQs, reviewing bids, negotiating terms, and monitoring deliveries across HRB & MRB construction projects to drive value and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year degree business courses.
• At least 2 years diversified work experience in purchasing.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications; familiarity with construction materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with end-users on schedule of requirements and identify needed items.
• Prepare RFQ and send to accredited suppliers.
• Negotiate price, warranties, payments, and delivery terms with proper evaluation.
• Process PRs and POs within SLA and ensure accurate descriptions.
• Review bids and provide alternatives to end-users for best value.
• Endorse awarded POs to SCM Logistics and monitor delivery.
• Maintain supplier base and ensure supplier accreditation.
