Zusammenfassung

Manulife is seeking a Customer Retention & Conservation Manager in a senior contributor role to elevate policy persistency, retention, reinstatement, and premium recovery across approved inforce initiatives. This role blends direct handling of complex cases with strategy design, customer journey optimization, and capability building for frontline teams.

You will partner with Inforce Management, Outbound, Customer Care, Operations, Marketing, Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Privacy,

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics, marketing, or related field.
At least five years in customer retention, relationship management, or campaign management.
Experience in financial services or insurance preferred.
Licenses/certifications as required by scope.

Aufgaben

Conserve policy persistency, retention, reinstatement, and premium recovery across inforce initiatives.
Lead conversation design and campaign execution with frontline and distribution teams.
Partner with Agency, Bancassurance, Outbound, and Customer Care to support campaigns and consistent conversations.
Manage opportunities from lead receipt to closure with proper follow-ups and documentation.
Balance retention objectives with fair customer outcomes and regulatory compliance.
