• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance operations, policy servicing or related functions.
• At least 3 years of people management experience leading operational teams.
• Strong understanding of life insurance policy administration and persistency management.
• Experience in process improvement and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Policy Owner Services and Conservation operations end-to-end.
• Drive policy persistency and customer retention initiatives.
• Monitor service levels, turnaround times, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Represent the function in governance meetings and transformation initiatives.
