Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Center of Excellence (Configuration & Testing) in a hybrid Manila role. You will lead strategic initiatives to modernize configuration and testing processes, translate client needs into governed requirements, and drive scalable solutions across regional teams.

You will collaborate with Product, Technology, Client Services, and regional partners, champion AI-first automation, and ensure readiness and adoption of new capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 5+ with Advanced Degree or 2 with PhD.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving operational excellence and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and data literacy skills with ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and cross-functional initiatives to improve client experience, operational effectiveness, and scalability.
• Define and advance global standards, governance, and best practices for configuration and testing.
• Drive end-to-end assessment and redesign of processes with automation and AI opportunities.
• Translate business needs into governed requirements and scalable solutions with Product and Technology.
• Provide governance and oversight to ensure alignment with business requirements and readiness.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, enablement, and adoption strategies for new capabilities.
