Job summary

Visa's Client Services Center of Excellence seeks a highly motivated Senior Consultant to lead modernization of configuration and testing capabilities. You will translate business needs into scalable requirements, set governance, drive adoption, and collaborate across Product, Technology, and regional teams.

You will champion an AI-first, automation-focused mindset, mentor colleagues, and help deploy new capabilities with measurable readiness and adoption across global clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Ten-plus years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or five years with an Advanced Degree.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in operations, client services, or technology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives across configuration and testing to improve client experience and scalability.
• Define and advance global standards, governance, and best practices for configuration and testing.
• Translate business needs into governed requirements and scalable solutions with Product and Technology teams.
• Champion AI-first and automation-focused mindset to reduce manual effort and improve quality.
• Provide governance, readiness, and adoption strategies for new capabilities across regions.
