Senior Compliance & Legal Officer

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and maintain legal, compliance, and regulatory documentation to supportbusiness and governance requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate regulatory filings, reports, disclosures, and other compliance-relatedsubmissions.
• Manage and maintain fund-related documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, andcompliance with applicable regulations.
• Review, interpret, and support the implementation of contractual and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external counsel, regulators, and other parties on legaland compliance matters.
• Monitor compliance obligations, deadlines, and reporting requirements to ensure timelycompletion.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and audit trails for regulatory and compliancepurposes.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance governance, controls, and operationalefficiency.
• Provide guidance and support on legal, regulatory, and compliance-related matters.

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably with a degree in Law, Legal Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Legal and Compliance, with exposure to funddocumentation; candidates from law firms are highly encouraged to apply.
• Direct experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating fund-related legal documents,including Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs) and Side Letters.
• Experience handling regulatory reporting and compliance-related submissions.
• Strong understanding of legal documentation, contractual obligations, and regulatoryrequirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
