Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in Compliance, Legal counsel, or regulatory/risk management.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, data privacy laws, and labor law concepts.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and evaluate existing and new legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring company policies and practices are updated accordingly.
• Policy Development: Draft, review, and update internal compliance policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Risk Assessment & Auditing: Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps or vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Employee Training: Design and facilitate training programs for staff regarding compliance standards, ethical practices, and regulatory updates.
• Incident Investigation: Investigate compliance breaches, complaints, or reports of misconduct, and coordinate with management or legal counsel to resolve them.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
• Cross-Functional Support: Act as a primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries from various departments (e.g., HR, Legal, Operations).
