Job summary

Aon Global Business Services Philippines Inc. invites a Senior Associate Consultant - Executive Compensation to join our team in the Philippines. You will contribute to client compensation and survey data analysis, resolving data issues and supporting report preparation.

You will develop stakeholder relationships, translate client questions into opportunities, and participate in training webinars and junior staff development. A strong background in data, analytics, and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics.
• 3-5 years of human resources, research, data analysis, or related experience.
• Ability to work independently in a data operations role and interact with internal and external constituents.
• Motivated self-starter who is well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize large data volumes.
• Strong organization skills, detail-oriented, ability to take direction and support a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel (macros a plus) and Word.
• Experience with processing spreadsheets, database management, and strong customer service.
• Ability to synthesize and communicate large data sets into key findings.

Responsibilities

• Review client compensation and survey input to identify questionable data.
• Verify accuracy and validity of submitted data by interfacing with clients to resolve issues.
• Respond to client requests for compensation and survey data and interpretation.
• Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relations through regular communications.
• Translate client questions into opportunities for report sales or consulting.
• Conduct client training webinars as needed.
• Assist in producing compensation and survey reports and modify reports for client use.
• Assist in recruitment and training of junior associates.
• Assist in various ad-hoc projects.
