Job summary

CohnReznick Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Advisory Proposal Writer Senior Specialist to join the Marketing team in our Philippines office. This role leads end-to-end proposal development and collaborates with US partners.

The position is hybrid, with in-person collaboration encouraged about 3 days per week. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in proposal development and advanced MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in proposal development or a related function.
• Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Proposal Management: manage proposals from kickoff to submission, timelines, storyboards, and stakeholder inputs across time zones.
• Content Development & Writing: draft, tailor, and edit executive summaries, firm qualifications, bios, case studies, and value propositions.
• Peer Review & Quality Control: conduct structured reviews for messaging, compliance, and win-theme alignment; ensure grammar and brand consistency.
• Compliance & Risk Management: build compliance matrices to ensure 100% responsiveness to RFP/RFI requirements; flag risks early.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: serve as primary proposal contact, coordinate across partners, SMEs, design, and pricing; mentor juniors.
