Job summary

White & Case Global Operations Center Manila is seeking a curious and detail-oriented Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to support proposals and pitches. This early-career role requires at least 1 year in proposal writing, pitch coordination, or bid management.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams, help prepare pitches and capability statements, manage bios & deal lists, and assist scheduling client meetings in a hybrid Makati setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in proposal writing, pitch coordination, or bid management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Legal Management, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support and occasionally lead end-to-end preparation of pitches, proposals, RFPs, and capability statements.
• Collect, update, and format lawyer bios, deal lists, and supporting collateral.
• Maintain standard pitch templates, credential databases, and outcome tracking logs.
• Draft submissions for top legal directories (Legal 500, Chambers & Partners) and industry awards.
• Gather client referees from partners and maintain centralized tracking logs for submission deadlines.
• Gather market intelligence and research key clients, prospects, and industry trends to back strategic targeting.
• Update client contact databases, track interactions, and support client feedback initiatives.
• Assist in scheduling and logistics for high-level client meetings and marketing events.
• Coordinate with global teams for campaign delivery and track team metrics.
