Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a data and analytics professional to serve as the analytical backbone of Commercial Finance. You will develop Power BI reporting, manage the Commercial Finance Data Warehouse, and set governance to establish finance as the single source of truth for product data.

You will prepare profitability reports and lifetime profitability models to guide product decisions and profitability targets, while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, and Risk to

Qualifications

3+ years in finance or data analytics roles.
Strong understanding of product profitability and KPIs.
Experience preparing management reports and dashboards.
Experience with cross-functional stakeholders.
Familiarity with consumer finance products.

Responsibilities

Develop Power BI reporting and dashboards translating business requirements into insights.
Manage Commercial Finance Data Warehouse and ensure data integrity.
Prepare monthly profitability reports and lifetime profitability models.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, and Risk on data inputs.
Set reporting standards and governance as the single source of truth for financial data.
