Job summary

Megawide Construction Corporation is seeking a motivated Business Development professional to assist the Manager in identifying opportunities aligned with the corporate roadmap and to support the project development cycle from business case to approval.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, financial modeling, and effective communication across levels, with a 100% onsite requirement in San Juan City, Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance with strong academic record.
• 3 years’ experience in business development, project management, feasibility studies, and business valuation in infrastructure development, PPPs, or joint ventures.
• Proficient in Financial Modeling, with hands-on experience in building models from scratch.
• Proactive problem-solver with a track record of tackling complex challenges and completing tough projects through innovative thinking.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
• Demonstrable business understanding and ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the business.
• Willing to be based in San Juan City Metro Manila, on a 100% Onsite work setup.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development Manager in searching for potential opportunities aligned with the Company's strategic plan or 5-year roadmap.
• Assist the Business Development Manager in managing the project development cycle from business case preparation to approval.
• Help the Business Development Manager in developing the Project Concept with consultants as aligned with the Business Case to get the Project Award.
• Support the Business Development Manager in setting up the governance structure for the business unit. In addition, supports the hiring of key positions in the organizational chart.
• Aid the Business Development Manager in preparing the Business Implementation Plan together with the core team, if the latter has been formed. Supports the core team.
