Genpact Philippines Branch is seeking a Senior Associate in Customer Care - Collections on a full-time basis. The role covers debt collection, account monitoring, record-keeping, dispute resolution, cross-functional collaboration, and achieving KPIs during a night shift in the Philippines.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business/communication/hospitality/information technology/marketing and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Hospitality Management, Information Technology, or Marketing.
• Certifications such as Certified Data Processor (CDP) and Professional Customer Service are appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Debt Collection & Communication: Reach out to customers with overdue accounts using phone, email, and letters to initiate collections.
• Account Monitoring & Reconciliation: Monitor accounts for overdue payments, delayed settlements, credit irregularities, or unapplied items.
• Record-Keeping & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all customer communication and payment commitments; log outcomes in CRM.
• Dispute Resolution & Escalation: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or disputes; escalate complex cases when needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Credit Management, Sales, Supply Chain, Cash Application, and others to resolve issues.
• Performance & Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets and KPIs.
• Compliance & Process Adherence: Follow legal/regulatory requirements and company SOPs.
