Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in collections (secured or unsecured) or similar
• Solid understanding of AU collections regulations (NCCP, Privacy Act, Debt Guidelines)
• Strong negotiation and analytical problem-solving with a customer-first approach
• Target-driven, adaptable, and collaborative team player

Responsibilities

• Customer Support & Solutions: Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails to assess finances and negotiate repayment plans.
• Portfolio Management: Maintain low arrears and losses by managing delinquent and written-off accounts.
• Hardship & Recovery: Identify hardship cases, perform skip tracing, and oversee recovery when needed.
• Regulatory Compliance: Perform duties in strict alignment with industry regulations and service standards
