Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Officer, Collections Recovery to join our operations team in the Philippines. The role focuses on maintaining and recovering accounts, performing data-driven analyses, and supporting process improvements across the collections workflow.

You will liaise with relationship managers, project teams, and clients to ensure timely and compliant collection outcomes while upholding Citi’s standards and policies. The position requires strong attention to detail and sound judgment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Licensing: Series 7, 9, 10, 63 required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial, statistical, and operational studies using analytical skills.
• Interpret data and results to inform decisions.
• Apply project management to support operational projects and improvements.
• Assist with process changes and cross-functional collaboration to streamline workflows.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and operate with limited supervision.
• Demonstrate risk awareness and regulatory compliance in daily activities.
