Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst to join the team working remote during the night shift. You will lead complex reconciliations, drive automation, and develop dashboards to monitor cash flow and performance.

This role requires 5+ years in A/R or cash applications, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to mentor teammates. Remote work with night hours is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive operational experience in cash applications or A/R.
• Expert-level double-entry accounting and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills with large data sets and modeling.
• Experience driving process improvements and scalable solutions.
• Strong communication and mentorship across functions.

Responsibilities

• Resolve high-risk payment exceptions and complex reconciliations.
• Drive automation and optimize cash-matching rules.
• Develop KPI dashboards and analytics on large data sets.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring payment issues.
• Coach and train junior analysts; develop SOPs and training materials.
• Represent Cash Applications in cross-functional forums.
• Ensure SOX controls compliance and assist month-end close.
