• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with solid time-management skills.
• Solid understanding of credit management principles and collection techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding debts and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Perform credit checks on new and existing customers.
• Assess creditworthiness and set credit limits per policy.
• Issue statements, reminders, and collection letters.
• Liaise with clients to resolve billing and payment issues promptly.
• Reconcile accounts and allocate payments accurately.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service on account concerns.
• Prepare AR reports and assess credit risk exposure.
• Recommend accounts for legal action or write-off when needed.
