MicroSourcing is hiring a Cash Application Analyst I for a remote night-shift role in the Philippines. You will manage AR portfolios, contact customers, and document communications in ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates/bachelors in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Professional verbal and written English skills with a polite tone.
• Basic understanding of double-entry accounting and invoice aging mechanics.
• Proficiency in Excel and adaptability to ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills to manage daily account queues and records.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management and outreach to collect balances on assigned AR portfolios.
• Investigate delinquent balances and assist customers with billing discrepancies.
• Log communications, promise-to-pay dates, payment plans, and disputes in ERP.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications and Billing to resolve unapplied payments and discrepancies.
• Escalate high-risk accounts following company credit and collection policies.
