Job summary

Eze Castle Integration, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our global delivery team. You’ll support cloud-based infrastructures, MS 365/Azure services, and on‑prem/virtualized environments for a defined client portfolio.

Responsibilities include leading migrations, responding to security events, documenting SOPs, and ensuring high availability through disaster recovery planning. Strong Microsoft virtualization and email security experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology related field or 6+ years of equivalent experience.
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Windows 10/11.
Experience administering Microsoft 365/Azure (Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune).
Experience in administration of email platforms and security integrations (Exchange Online).
Experience with virtualization platforms VMware vSphere and Hyper-V.
Incident response management during security events and high‑priority escalations; disaster recovery and business continuity activations.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced support for cloud infrastructures such as Microsoft 365/Azure.
Act as tier 3 escalation point for Client Technology Management and other teams.
Lead migrations, implementations and relocations as Technical Lead.
Document processes, runbooks, and SOPs for internal knowledge base.
Audit client environments and give technical recommendations based on findings.
Apply best-practice configurations to security platforms (Azure AD Conditional Access, MFA).
Perform system maintenance: patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation.
Manage Active Directory domains, GPOs, and certificate management.
Interface with RMM and other management tools.
