Job summary

ECI, a global provider of managed services and cybersecurity, seeks a Team Lead, Implementation Services to guide client technology deployments worldwide. You will evaluate needs, configure standards, automate solutions, troubleshoot deployments, and create training materials for clients.

You will lead on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure initiatives, work with cross-functional teams, and drive projects to closure with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality and security

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
10+ years of progressive experience implementing enterprise infrastructure, hybrid, and cloud-based deployments in production.
Strong experience with Windows Server and Microsoft cloud platforms, including Entra ID, Exchange Online/Hybrid, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.

Responsibilities

Deploy on-premises infrastructure services and integrate with Microsoft Cloud solutions.
Drive project objectives to closure with minimal supervision and provide regular status updates.
Collaborate with groups to implement, upgrade, migrate, and retire infrastructure and solutions.
Document processes, runbooks, and implementation artifacts for repeatable deployments.
Diagnose and resolve issues in client environments, coordinating with internal resources and vendors.
Engage in continuous improvement and pursuit of Azure/O365/AWS certifications.
