Job summary

ECI in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer to lead end-to-end deployments of client technologies globally, evaluating client needs and designing configurations while driving automation of standard solutions.

You will troubleshoot deployments, build documentation and training materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, traveling as needed with a focus on security, reliability, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
10+ years of progressive enterprise infrastructure implementation experience.
Strong experience with Windows Server and Microsoft cloud platforms, including Intune for device management.

Responsibilities

Deploy on-premises infrastructure services and integrate with Microsoft Cloud ecosystem solutions.
Independently drive project objectives to closure with minimal supervision and provide status updates.
Document processes, runbooks, and implementation artifacts for iterative deployment and automation.
