iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Cloud Operational Engineer (L3) to act as the final escalation point for client estates, owning day-to-day platform operations in Entra ID, Azure, Intune, and Microsoft 365. You will lead incident responses, runbooks, and automation to ensure reliable service.

You will work across multi-tenant environments, enforcing security best practices and delivering proactive RCA and preventive actions with clearly defined owners.

Qualifikationen

• 6 to 10+ years in cloud, identity or workplace engineering with senior experience.
• Proven final escalation point in a production environment with service commitments.
• Degree or equivalent practical IT experience.

Aufgaben

• Triage and resolve platform alerts including availability, performance, capacity and drift.
• Own operational response for file transfer and job failures with client communications.
• Manage identity and access operations across Entra ID, Azure RBAC and PIM.
