Job summary

VBP is seeking a Platform Engineer to manage and troubleshoot enterprise cloud and identity platforms in production. You will act as a Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex incidents and work closely with MSPs and internal teams.

The role requires strong Microsoft Azure and 365 expertise, Entra ID, and Intune/Autopilot experience, with a focus on stability and incident resolution. A hands-on, customer-focused engineer is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in infrastructure, systems, cloud, or platform engineering.
• Strong experience in Azure and Microsoft 365 production environments.
• Proven ability to resolve production incidents at Tier 2/3 level.
• Deep knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, and identity lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Azure and Microsoft 365 services in production.
• Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation for complex incidents involving platform and identity.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues across Azure, Entra ID, and SaaS platforms.
• Manage identity access services and device lifecycle through Intune and Autopilot.
• Support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams configurations and fixes.
• Maintain AVD environments and endpoint security controls.
