Job summary

Marsh Risk Consulting seeks a Climate & Sustainability leader to build and guide high-impact advisory projects across Asia Pacific, with a focus on the Philippines. You will grow the practice, engage clients, and support regional delivery across three pillars: physical risk, transition risk, and sustainability reporting.

You will lead senior stakeholder conversations, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and drive business development to expand Marsh's climate risk services in the region.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, environmental science or management, engineering or other academic field relevant to sustainability.
• 5–10 years relevant experience in catastrophe risk or climate change in consulting or in-house.
• Proven experience in building a consulting pipeline and business development, preferably in the Philippines.
• Awareness and experience with ISSB/ IFRS / PFRS, GRI, SASB, ISO14001, GHG Principles, SBTi, TCFD.
• The ability to provide professional advice to clients in developing and adjusting project approaches, methodology and tools.

Responsibilities

• Leading client engagements with high standards of quality and relationship management.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver across pillars: catastrophe risk, climate risk, scenario analysis, and reporting.
• Originating and supporting development of thought-leadership and engagement across Marsh Risk Asia.
• Developing strategies to grow the Philippines practice and assist regional projects.
