Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in the Philippines seeks a Sustainability Reporting Manager to lead a team delivering APAC sustainability reporting, climate disclosure, and data governance for a major banking client. You will drive automation, streamline processes, and ensure regulatory compliance across frameworks.

You will collaborate with global and regional teams to elevate performance metrics, report accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction while advancing our Net Zero initiatives and data quality

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sustainability reporting or climate disclosure.
• Experience with major banking, financial services, or multinational clients.
• Hands-on experience with Atrius Building Insight/IBM Envizi/Deepki/Scaler/ESGPedia or equivalent software.
• Strong knowledge of GHG Protocol, ISSB, IFRS S1/S2, TCFD, GRI, CDP and Net Zero frameworks.
• Advanced analytics and visualization with Excel, Power BI, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts to meet client requirements.
• Scale sustainability reporting hub capabilities within the Philippines.
• Automate reporting and develop analytical solutions.
• Identify opportunities for energy, carbon, water, waste improvements.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sustainability reports.
• Support climate disclosures to regulators and authorities as required.
• Align reporting with ISSB, IFRS S1/S2, TCFD, GRI, CDP frameworks.
• Govern sustainability data across client and reporting platforms.
