Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in the Philippines is seeking a Sustainability Reporting Manager to lead ESG reporting, climate disclosures, and data governance across APAC operations.

You will manage analysts, drive automation of reporting, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and ensure compliance with ISSB, IFRS S1/S2, TCFD, GRI, and CDP. Strong analytics and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sustainability reporting, ESG reporting, or climate disclosure.
• Experience supporting major banking, financial services, or multinational clients.
• Hands-on with leading sustainability reporting software (Atrium/Envizi/Deepki/Scaler/ESGPedia).
• Strong knowledge of GHG Protocol, ISSB, IFRS S1/S2, TCFD, GRI, CDP.
• Advanced analytics and data visualization with Excel, Power BI, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of analysts, ensuring outputs meet client requirements.
• Establish and scale sustainability reporting hub capabilities in the Philippines.
• Transform reporting processes from manual to automated/analytical solutions.
• Identify opportunities for energy, carbon, water, waste and resource efficiency.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual sustainability performance reporting.
• Support climate-related disclosures to regulators and authorities as required.
• Ensure reporting aligns with ISSB, IFRS S1/S2, TCFD, GRI, CDP and Net Zero frameworks.
