Job summary

Marsh Risk Consulting in the Philippines leads high-quality advisory projects to accelerate climate and sustainability risk management. The role blends client engagements with regional project support across Asia Pacific on physical risk, transition risk, and sustainability disclosures.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in catastrophe risk or climate change consulting, and a proven track record in business development within the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in catastrophe risk or climate change in consulting or in-house
• Proven ability to build a consulting pipeline and business development, preferably in the Philippines
• Familiarity with ISSB/IFRS/PFRS, GRI, SASB, ISO14001, GHG principles, SBTi, TCFD

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements with high quality, building long-term trusted advisor relationships
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and junior consultants to deliver services across all three pillars
• Develop and contribute to thought leadership and engagement across Marsh Risk Asia
• Support delivery of climate risk advisory projects including risk identification and scenario analysis
• Translate technical risk insights into practical recommendations for clients
