Job summary

Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) seeks an Individual Consultant to support DOF-IFG in strengthening climate finance coordination and oversight in the Philippines. The assignment focuses on delivering technical advisory, financial analysis, and data-management improvements to accelerate project readiness and results.

The consultant will work with DOF, agencies, and partners to ensure outputs meet GCF requirements and are suitable for institutional adoption, with deliverables spanning monthly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Public Administration, Business Admin, Engineering, Intl Development; Master’s is an advantage.
• At least 3 years in international finance, ODA, project prep/implementation, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical advice on international climate finance operations and coordination.
• Monitor and assess climate finance/Oda-funded project prep and implementation; identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Strengthen DOF-IFG systems for monitoring, reporting, data management, and policy development.
