Job summary

Green Finance Institute seeks a Manila-based consultant to support offshore wind port infrastructure financing. You will deliver financial modelling, market and regulatory analysis, and stakeholder engagement across the programme's initial delivery phase through 31 March.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Philippine energy, infrastructure or project finance.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with policy/regulatory environments in energy or PPPs.

Responsibilities

• Build Philippine port-financing model and keep it current with data inputs.
• Lead regulatory and market analysis across energy, PPPs and procurement.
• Coordinate meetings with sponsors, investors, government and DFIs.
• Draft notes and reports to funder-ready standards.
