Job summary

Ecomobi in Taguig is seeking a Senior Client Success Executive to act as a brand ambassador, understanding clients’ businesses and coordinating with internal teams to deliver Content Commerce campaigns.

You will manage 3–5 major accounts, nurture client relationships, upsell, and collaborate with KOLs, production houses, and vendors to hit GMV targets while monitoring P&L and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of digital and influencer marketing.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum 3+ years in a similar role or 1 year as Account Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3–5 large client accounts concurrently and build strong relationships.
• Coordinate with planners, creators, and production teams on Content Commerce projects.
• Monitor campaigns from briefing to reporting and ensure timely delivery.
• Advise clients and resolve issues on the spot.
• Oversee P&L and ensure project profitability.
