Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing major or equivalence is a reference).
• 2–4 years of B2B sales or business development experience within digital agencies, e-commerce, media, or MCNs in the Philippines.
• Strong familiarity with the TikTok Shop ecosystem, live commerce mechanics, and TSP operational frameworks.
• Existing network of brand marketers, e-commerce managers, or agency partners in the local PH market.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Tagalog.
• Be a Problem Solver with a positive “I CAN DO” attitude.
• Strong people skills and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Client Acquisition: Actively hunt, prospect, and engage decision-makers across DTC, FMCG, beauty, fashion, and consumer tech brands in the Philippines.
• Solution Pitching: Develop and present tailored TSP proposals highlighting the ROI of content commerce, live shopping, and creator affiliate networks.
• Full-Cycle Sales Management: Manage the sales funnel from lead generation and cold outreach to pitch presentation, contract negotiation, and close.
• Market Intelligence: Track Philippines e-commerce shifts, competitor TSP offerings, and emerging TikTok Shop features to position our services effectively.
• Client Handover: Collaborate with account management and execution teams to align on scope and ensure seamless client onboarding.
